Key performance highlights:
Production capacity: up to 150 tons per hour (with 800°C hot charge)
Specific fuel consumption: between 135,000 and 145,000 kcal/t (approx. 16–17.5 m³/t of natural gas)
Discharging temperature: 1180–1220°C
Temperature uniformity: ±15°C
NOx emissions: 250 mg/Nm³ ±5% (based on dry waste gas, 3% O₂)
Scale formation: only 0.55%
These results confirm AMB’s commitment to energy efficiency, low emissions, and high process reliability, achieving values that place this furnace among the most efficient of its category.
The performance test was conducted with the active participation of both AMB and GPH teams, underlining the strong collaboration and mutual trust built throughout the project.
The official certificate was signed in Chittagong by representatives of both companies, including the Vice Project Manager and the COO of GPH, together with AMB’s project team.
